Spartanette 40'- 2 bedrooms/living-dining-kitchen combination/full bathroom with orig. cast iron bath tub. Restoration on site - this is our 11th Vintage Trailer restoration by our workshop & contract labor professionals. 
As history lovers our restorations strive to be period correct while adding modern conveniences. We personally prefer the original aluminum exterior -- however this model can be polished to a mirror finish.
New exterior aluminum professionally replaced with rivets only as needed. Added new Hehr and Bargman original replacement stainless steel door latch. Period correct interior and exterior lighting--Glass lens Armstrong cork environmental green flooring - confetti Interior professionally decorated--complete with ALL furnishings, decor, linens, towels, appliances, kitchen pots/pans/dishware/silverware/soap dispenser/custom drapes. 2 RCA 25-inch flat screen TV’s mounted with brackets on walls (one in master bedroom, one in living room) with VCR.  Re-wired by Texas Licensed Master Electrician-50 amp service.  2 roof mount Coleman Mach Airxcel 4800 Series Air Conditioners:  1 in master bedroom/1 in kitchen-living with heat strip.  Plumbing by licensed Journeyman-new PEX (flex) lines.
2 new certified propane tanks.
R-11 insulation replaced throughout.
​Installed new tempered glass to the front window, installed proper gaskets.
