Restoration:

• This Canned Ham has undergone a complete professional skin off 
• restoration by Country Accents Antiques.
• The restoration was done back to its original state with several modern conveniences, upgrades and improvements added.
• Removed all interior appliances, light fixtures, table, sink, cabinets (as needed), old flooring, windows, screen door, vents, 
• exterior molding and lights.
• Cleaned, primed, and painted tongue and under wheel wells.
• Installed new sub floor and new floor covering.
• Removed 14’ top of trailer and replaced with American aluminum. 
• Replaced insulation as needed.
• Installed new Coleman air conditioner - (1 year factory warranty)
• Roof mount-light weight/low profile style
• painted to match aluminum.
• Cleaned, primed, sanded and repainted ice box and gas stove
• Re-built screen door
• Re-built dining table – Custom painted by Artist: Christina Blackledge
• New electrical wiring-inside and out:
• With new circuit breaker/box.
• Plumbing – all new lines and kitchen faucet.
• Installed new hot water heater-(1 year factory warranty)
• Aromatic cedar lined closet w/clothes rack
• Professional exterior polish-75 hours.
